Meet the Owner
Pressure Athletics Cheer is led by Kashmere Munford, founder of Shabah Tumbling in Turlock. Kashmere has lived cheer since she was two years old — competing through high school and at Stanislaus State before dedicating her life to coaching the next generation.
What started as tumbling lessons taught out of a small church grew into a full training program serving the Central Valley for over a decade. Today, Pressure Athletics Cheer is its competitive travel program — where athletes five and up train, compete, and grow together.
